Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am writing because my project has been unexpectedly suspended, even though I have not come close to exceeding any of the plan limits.
I am on the Legacy Plan and my project is actively used by real users who depend on it being available. The sudden suspension is causing significant disruption for them and for me.
To my knowledge, I have not violated any terms of service and my usage is well within the allowed limits (bandwidth, build minutes, etc.). I did not receive any prior warning or explanation about why the project was paused.
I have already tried the following before posting here:
- Consulted the Ask Netlify AI assistant
- Searched through the Netlify documentation
Neither helped me resolve or understand the issue, so I am reaching out directly.
Could you please:
- Restore my project as soon as possible, as my users urgently need access to it
- Explain the reason for the pausing
- Let me know if there is anything I need to do on my end to prevent this from happening again
My Netlify site is associated with this forum account (Fab1). Please let me know if you need any additional information.
This is very urgent - my users are actively being blocked from accessing the service right now. I would greatly appreciate a fast response.
