Hi all,
I am new to Netify and I really like what the free plan has to offer. As per Netlify once we reach the free tier limits the website will be suspended until the start of the next month. I would like to ensure that this feature is turned on by default, if not are there any settings we can add to suspend the website once the free plan limit has been reached?
A little bit about my use case my website would only be used seasonally and I will upgrade to Pro plan during high traffic time. However, for the rest of the year I want to use the free plan and I would not mind if the website is suspended for sometime in the month.
Please let me know if there are any additional questions.
Thank you!
@AbdulWaseyKhan The default is the free plan.
It’s possible to upgrade when needed, and is possible to downgrade (but you might find you need to contact support to perform the downgrade).

Thank you @nathanmartin! I assume the users won’t be able to access the website after the free tier limits have been exhausted. Is there an example of the error message the end users receive when accessing the website.
@AbdulWaseyKhan Netlify’s staff would need to get that for you.
I don’t work for them, and I’ve never seen it.
Visually my guess is that it’d look like all their other error messages, for example:
