Introducing Our FREE Plan!

Hello, everyone! :wave:t6: We know many of you have been eagerly awaiting this, and we’re thrilled to finally share it with you — our brand-new FREE is FREE plan! :tada:

Yes, you read that right — FREE means FREE.

Here’s why we’re so excited about it:

  1. No Overages
  2. Fast Setup & Reliable Hosting – Get your site up and running quickly, with the reliability you can count on.
  3. Clear Usage Limits with Upgrade Options – Stay in control with transparent limits and the flexibility to upgrade when needed.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • When your site reaches its monthly usage limit on the free plan, it will be temporarily suspended until the start of the following month.

  • Not quite what you need? Don’t worry, we’ve also kept our usage based plans available for those who need more flexibility in our product.

Hi, love this new plan, not that I’ve ever had any unexpected bills, but it’s good to know we have an option where we can avoid them whatever happens!

However, when I went ahead and tried to downgrade from the Starter plan to the Free plan, I got the error “only one unpaid plan per user”, and I have no idea what it might mean, how can I debug this?

Thanks in advance.

Hey there @fvieira! So glad to hear about your excitement for this. Hm, for the error you are receiving, it might be that you already have a second Starter plan that’s interfering with you moving to the Free plan. We allow for one user to have either Starter or Free, so if you have two accounts this can result in that error message.

It’ll be easier to figure out your accounts via our Help Desk, so you’ll find a separate email from us right now to troubleshoot this! See you over there!

Hello!

Your statement is not clear about this. Will the Starter plan cease to exist or will it become a paid plan in the future? In this case, will it be mandatory to migrate to the Free plan?

Thank you.

Hi @ciro-mota, users on Starter that do not have an attached payment method will be migrated to the Free plan starting in January (we have notifications being sent out to communicate this in the next week).

If you’re on the Starter plan and have attached a payment method you can stay on the Starter plan.

Hope that helps!
