Hi Netlify team,

I’d like to follow up on ticket #1034049.

Right now my team is still paused because of exceeded credit limits,
even though I already purchased 500 credits based on the suggestion
in the Netlify UI.

Here are the details again:

  • Team name: craftothailand
  • Site name: craftothailand
  • Invoice number: WRDTTZ-00005
  • Invoice date: May 16, 2026
  • Amount: $5.00
  • Description: “Credits – Credit purchase by customer”, Quantity 500

This issue is blocking me from deploying any new updates to my site,
so my project cannot move forward at the moment.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm that the 500 credits have been correctly applied to my team, and
  2. Unpause my team so that I can deploy again

If the credits cannot be applied for some reason, please process a
billing correction or refund for the $5 charge.
