I cant login my new netlify account, why?

I created a new netlify account using github, I tried loggin in, and its showing account suspended, please what’s the reason for this?

You can verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. I dont have a stripe account, I’m a student and I opened the account using my github. its an assignment for a programming class.

You do not need a stripe account. When you click on the link that says verify your ID you can submit your ID documents directly.
