How to delete service if can't sign in?

I have an account linked to a school email github (akim5) account I no longer have access to. I would like to stop hosting from that account but cannot sign in. I would either like to:

a) transfer the site over to my new account, so I can remove it myself
b) delete the account and the hosted site

How do you propose that you could prove ownership of the site that you want deleted?

Hi, we’d need to prove you own this site in order for us to take this down. Alternatively you can file a DMCA takedown request.
