Everytime some git contributer opens a PR I have to approve them. Their PRs have been automatically deploying untill last week, from yesterday I have to approve every PR. I’m not sure why this is happening.

Attatching screenshot of one kind of request, but this contributer has been pushing for last couple of months and there was no issue, suddenly this has been happening to all the contributers. Apart from the main member account. Please let me know if you need any other Info.
Nope, the issue is different, the auto deploys are not happening for the people who are already added as Git Contributers, and this is happening in random times. Now I don’t see this issue, but this happened yesterday also. The auto deploys didn’t happen, happened for some PRs, then it stopped again.

Still not entirely sure of the cause (aside from the one pending review I can see in the site for a non-team member whose github handle starts with sirius..., which deploy I think is pending intentionally based on your account settings), but as we dig into it, our logs for these kind of events aren’t quite optimal, so could you help us out with a few more details?
For the deploy shown in my screenshot - currently the “top listed” pending deploy after sirius’ - can you tell us exactly when the commit occurred? Then we may be able to better pick the needle out of our logging haystack:
