My team “dvs” (Free plan) is showing “production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” with the banner “dvs is now running on operational credits” — but the Usage & Billing page shows 29 credits still available out of 300 for this billing period (Aug 27 - Sep 26).
Running npx netlify-cli deploy --prod fails immediately with:
JSONHTTPError: Forbidden
This matches other reports on this forum of a stale “credit usage exceeded” flag blocking production deploys despite credits being available. Could someone please take a look and reset the flag on my team?
