Hi Netlify team,
My team “joelrodriguez2016’s team” is currently locked out of production deploys. The dashboard banner states that the team is running on operational credits and that production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.
However, my Usage & Billing page explicitly shows:
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Billing Period: Aug 24 to Sep 23
- Credits Available: 24 (accompanied by a warning icon)
- Concurrent Builds: 0/1
I have already disconnected my AI agent processes, but the restriction is still applied. This resembles the known credit-flag bug reported by other Free tier users recently. Could an administrator please check my account, reset the stuck flag, and re-enable production deploys?
