Hi Netlify team,
My Free plan team is showing the banner “Daniel’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” and manual deploys fail with “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
However, Usage & Billing shows the balance is untouched:
- Team: Daniel
- Site: daniel-freight-broker-loadboard.netlify.app
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: Sep 6 – Oct 5, 2026
- Credits available: 30 / 30 (shown with a warning icon)
- Concurrent builds: 0 / 1
I deploy by dragging a single HTML file onto Netlify Drop, so I have not run any builds this cycle. The credits have not been spent.
This matches the known operational-credits stuck-flag issue reported by several other Free plan teams on this forum over the past few weeks, where deploys are blocked despite a full or near-full balance.
Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
