Form submission is not send to one email


I have a form submission that work just fine. I got the submissions and they’re sent thanks to notification to one email. The problem is, when I add a notification to a another email, it doesn’t work.

The mail that has to be notified is:

Hi, I looked throughout all the guides and topics. I think the mail address is in the bounce list.

I’m not sure if I can do something from my side. Especially that it’s working with one email but not another.
