Hello I have a site that has been up for over a year now awaywegomoving.com and for some reason form submissions are successfully being sent to the first email in the notification list kenny@awgmoving.com but not the the second email 2/2 in the list admin@awgmoving.com . Could you please direct me as to why this might be happening and how to correct it?
Hi, @lanesbrains. Our records indicate an equal number of emails were sent to these two email address over the last 30 days and the timestamp of all those emails match. In other words, for every email sent to the kenny email address the same email is successfully delivered to the admin email address. So, if the emails are not in the inbox for the admin email address, that is something you will need to contact the administrator or technical support of the email service to address.
To summarize, the emails are sent to both email addresses. If they are not seen in the inboxes of both, then this should be address with the email admin or service provider. If there are other questions or concerns, please let us know.
