I noticed that the free plan offers a 10MB upload limit per site, and I have a few questions:
What happens if I exceed the 10MB limit? Will the site stop functioning, or will the form simply stop accepting additional uploads?
If I upgrade to the Pro plan, does this upload limit increase?
If the limits are still tier-based, does this apply to both free and Pro plans, or just to the Pro plan?
What are the specific tier limits and their associated costs?
I’m reaching out as a last resort since this information doesn’t seem to be clearly outlined in the pricing details or documentation.
Limit is about 8 MB. Any POST request beyond that and our CDN will automatically reject it. This is the same across all tiers and cannot be increased.

Hi,
You misread the questions.
Not file size upload limit. But total upload limit.
I’m not sure which other limit you’re talking about.
There are 2 limits:
Number of submissions:
request body size:
Which other limit are you talking about?

This is the issue. You dont have it listed on your docs but you have a limit.
As you can see in my screenshot there is a 10mb file upload limit. This is for attachments when someone submits a form. Do you understand now?
As the line in your screenshot says: your site will be paused after hitting the limit. If you switch to any other plan, you’d automatically be charged for an upgrade.
