Error: Another site is already using this domain on adding j........com

I now setup a new website and up at jackymaocom.netlify.app

I tried to add a apex domain jackymao.com to it, but received an error: Another site is already using this domain

I think I have setupped a website here with this domain, it was using the netlify DNS/NS, but I have already deleted that site.

Could you please help free this domain so that I can setup my new site to use this domain. Thanks.

I have set a verified-for-netlify text recored to this thread. Please help check and confirm. Waiting for your help on this. Many thanks.

I’m showing that you already have the domain assigned to a site here:

If you instead want to use that domain on your other site (which is on the same account), you’ll need to first remove the domain from the jackymao site, and then assign it to the jackymaocom site.

Thank you so much! This is now solved following your links. I was oversight that site in the dash board as it only shows 4 sites by default, I now have seen all the sites.
