Domain stuck on “Preparing your domain...” for days — linearaiuk.com

Hi Netlify team,

My site is deployed at:
https://effervescent-fairy-d3057e.netlify.app

I’ve connected the custom domain linearaiuk.com, but it’s been stuck on “Preparing your domain…” for several days. Here’s everything I’ve already done:

  • Set Netlify as the DNS provider (name servers: dns1.p07.nsone.net, etc.)

  • Waited over 48 hours for DNS propagation (checked via WHOIS and dnschecker)

  • Confirmed correct DNS records in the Netlify DNS panel:

    • linearaiuk.com → NETLIFY → effervescent-fairy-d3057e.netlify.app

    • www.linearaiuk.com → NETLIFY → effervescent-fairy-d3057e.netlify.app

    • MX and TXT records for email and verification are also present

  • Removed and re-added the domain several times

  • Tried “Verify DNS configuration” (doesn’t appear anymore)

  • SSL is already working and enabled via Let’s Encrypt

The domain is registered via domain.com and was added to Netlify on July 29. Everything looks fully propagated, yet the site won’t go live on the custom domain.

Could someone on the Netlify team please manually refresh or verify the domain?
