Domain stuck at "Preparing your domain" for over 24 hours despite correct DNS setup

Hello Netlify Support Team,

My site is: karsiyakali.netlify.app
Custom domain: karsiyakali.biz

I connected my custom domain to Netlify DNS and updated the nameservers at my registrar (Squarespace) to the Netlify-provided ones. DNS propagation seems to be working correctly, but in the dashboard the custom domain status has been stuck at “Preparing your domain…” for more than 24 hours.

Here is what I have done so far:

  • Nameservers are set to Netlify (nsone).

  • DNS records in Netlify DNS are configured with:

    • karsiyakali.biz → NETLIFY → karsiyakali.netlify.app

    • www.karsiyakali.biz → NETLIFY → karsiyakali.netlify.app

  • MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for Google Workspace email are also present and working.

  • No conflicting A or CNAME records remain.

Despite this, the domain does not move past “Preparing your domain” and HTTPS has not been issued yet.

Could you please check if there is something wrong on the Netlify side, or let me know if I am missing any required DNS records?

As an update: Since our DNS setup also affects the company’s email delivery (Google Workspace), we decided to temporarily revert our custom domain back to the previous nameservers to avoid disruption to business email.

We are still seeking support from the Netlify team for an effective solution so that we can safely move the domain back to Netlify DNS without impacting email functionality.
