Custom domain stuck at "Preparing your domain..." even after DNS is correct

Hi Netlify team,

I’m using a custom domain with Netlify DNS:
musicshopmitino.ru

My site is deployed successfully and works fine at https://musicshopmitino.netlify.app.
I’ve added the custom domain via Netlify DNS, and DNS propagation appears complete.

The SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt has already been issued for both musicshopmitino.ru and *.musicshopmitino.ru.

However, the domain status still shows “Preparing your domain…” in the Domains panel, and the site is not accessible via the custom domain. It’s been more than 10 days.

Could someone please help me resolve this?
