Project stuck on "Preparing your domain..." for a few days

Hi, my project with a custom domain has been stuck on “preparing your domain…” for a few days now. The custom domain is: “words-from-the-garden.com”, and the Netlify provided domain is “timely-griffin-370465.netlify.app”. I own the custom domain through SquareSpace and have set up the nameservers the same way I have in the past to point to Netlify hosted sites. Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong. Thank you!

I’m having the same problem with barrymichaeldoyle.netlify.app and my Squarespace domain that I own barrymichaeldoyle.com
