Hi, Netlify stuck at Preparing your domain... for more than 24 hours

Hi there,

My site book-to-clean.netlify.app is stuck in the “Preparing your domain…” stage for a while now. The domain should resolve to www.booktoclean.com but does not.

Please help me resolve, usually Netlify is pretty fast with propagating the records but this is taking a while and I fear it is stuck.
