I’m having an issue with the custom domain ‘artemis-assistant.chat’ on my site. The domain is stuck in the “preparing domain” state and shows “DNS verification failed” inside the site dashboard. I’m using Netlify DNS and have confirmed that the nameservers are set to dns1.p03.nsone.net through dns4.p03.nsone.net. I can’t set ‘www.artemis-assistant.chat’ as the primary domain because the certificate can’t be provisioned. I have retried DNS verification, removed and re-added the domain, but the issue persists.
Site name: artemis-b1da22.
Could someone please look into this and help resolve the stuck domain provisioning?
In most cases, the delays in provisioning are caused by previous DNS records being cached by downstream resolvers. There is a support guide with more information about this here:
The SSL has been provisioned now. If there are follow-up questions, please let us know.
It looks like the DNS and nameservers are correctly set, but the certificate provisioning may be stuck on Netlify’s side. Please contact Netlify support so they can manually reset the domain verification and SSL provisioning for you.
