Hello, My custom domain, africaterangatech.com, (netlify site name : https://africa-teranga-tech.netlify.app/) has been stuck with a “DNS verification failed” error for over 72 hours. The error message says the domain “doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”. This is incorrect. I have confirmed multiple times that the nameservers are correctly set at my registrar (Namecheap) and have fully propagated worldwide (verified with `dig`). My DNS zone is also active in the Netlify Domains tab. I believe the automatic verification process is stuck in a bad cache or a loop on your end. I have already tried removing and re-adding the domain to my site, but the problem persists. Could you please manually re-provision the domain and force a refresh of the SSL certificate process from your side?
Thank you for your help.
Hi, @Douamas. There was an issue on the Netlify side. It is fixed now. However, if it is not fixed when you test on your side, please let us know. (It should be fix, though, but if not we’ll be here.)
Hi @luke we’re seeing the same issue on another set of domains for cochraninc.com, the cert expired today and theres an alternating error in the SSL configuration that mentions missing acme TXT values, and now it shows a rate-limit error. Our production site has been down since this began.
This configuration has been unchanged and had previously been auto-provisioning via Netlify SSL’s letsencrypt integration.
Can we get someone to look into this please?
Hi, @aaron-sf. It appears this was resolved via the helpdesk yesterday.
Fixed.
Thank you very much.
