SSL certificate stuck provisioning for custom domain (DNS verification inconsistent)

Hello Netlify team,

I’m having an issue provisioning the SSL certificate for my custom domain.

Site name: sahaahairroom

Custom domain: sahaahairroom.co.uk

Here is what I’ve already verified:

The domain is registered with 123 Reg.
The domain is using Netlify nameservers:

dns1.p06.nsone.net

dns2.p06.nsone.net

dns3.p06.nsone.net

dns4.p06.nsone.net

DNS is managed by Netlify (not by 123 Reg).
My website works correctly on the Netlify subdomain.
There are no DNS records remaining at 123 Reg because the DNS is delegated to Netlify.
I have already waited several hours for propagation.

The problem is that the SSL/TLS status is inconsistent.

Sometimes Netlify shows:

DNS verification was successful

and offers the Provision certificate button.

Other times it shows:

DNS verification failed – sahaahairroom.co.uk doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.

When I visit:

I receive:

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Could you please check whether the Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning is stuck and, if necessary, manually reset or reprovision the certificate on your side?

Thank you very much.
