Site: ictenm.netlify.app
Custom domain: ictgate.co.kr (+ www.ictgate.co.kr)
Domain uses Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4.p05.nsone.net), records are NETLIFY type.
HTTPS panel shows “DNS verification was successful” but the certificate
has not been provisioned for more than 24 hours.
Both apex and www resolve to Netlify IPs (52.74.6.109 / 13.215.239.219) from 8.8.8.8.
No AAAA records, no CAA records. I already tried “Retry DNS verification”
and removing/re-adding the custom domain.
Could you please trigger certificate provisioning for this site?
app.ictgate.co.kr(sandbox)
Second site: ictgate-sandbox.netlify.app,
domain app.ictgate.co.kr
Update — additional checks done, everything on my side looks correct:
- Registrar (Gabia, .co.kr) nameservers: exactly dns1-4.p05.nsone.net, nothing else. Gabia does not support DNSSEC, so no DS records exist.
- 8.8.8.8 resolves both the apex and www.ictgate.co.kr to 52.74.6.109 / 13.215.239.219.
- No AAAA records on apex or www (I removed the ones that were there earlier).
- No CAA records.
- Tested each IP directly with
Host: ictgate.co.kr→ both respond withServer: Netlify(301 to https, as expected). - http://ictgate.co.kr/.well-known/acme-challenge/test returns a plain 404, so the challenge path is not blocked.
- netlify.toml has no catch-all redirect; the Netlify DNS zone has only NETLIFY-type records for the site plus Resend TXT/CNAME records for email.
- Already tried “Retry DNS verification” and removing / re-adding the custom domain. The panel still shows “DNS verification was successful” with no certificate for more than 24 hours.
Site: ictenm.netlify.app — domain ictgate.co.kr (+ www)
Second site with the same symptom: ictgate-sandbox.netlify.app — domain app.ictgate.co.kr
Could someone from Netlify trigger certificate provisioning for these two sites? Thanks.
