Sometimes if you remove the main domain often there are still DNS zones with the subdomains and that usually is what catches people up.

I have added the value. can you please check

Go to this site, https://search.google.com/search-console,
then choose txt format and copy the text.

Then go to the domain provider.
In DNS records you can add new records,
there select txt format in type then
put “verified-for-netlify” in Name
put the copied value from “https://search.google.com/search-console” this site into value and TTL is default.
