Hello Netlify Support Team,
I’m encountering an issue when trying to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my domain demontazhcenter on Netlify. In Domain Management, it initially says “DNS verification successful,” but whenever I click “Provision certificate”, I get “DNS verification failed.”
What I’ve done so far:
- My domain demontazhcenter (and subdomain www.demontazhcenter) correctly point to Netlify:
- The apex domain (demontazhcenter) has A records pointing to Netlify IPs (75.2.60.5 and 99.83.190.102).
- www.demontazhcenter has a CNAME record pointing to
incomparable-profiterole-5088ea.netlify.app
.
- In Netlify’s Domain Management, both domains appear, and DNS was initially verified.
- I’ve waited more than 2 hours (in fact, several days), and the status remains unchanged. Every attempt to provision the certificate again fails with the “DNS verification failed” message.
Symptoms:
- Each time I click “Provision certificate” or “Retry DNS verification,” I see an error stating “We could not provision a certificate. Your DNS configuration is pointing at the Netlify servers and the changes have propagated, but DNS verification failed.”
- According to whatsmydns.net, the DNS records are propagated correctly.
- The domain is accessible on Netlify (without HTTPS), but Let’s Encrypt won’t issue a certificate.
What I’m looking for:
- Assistance with a manual check or override to successfully provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for demontazhcenter.ru / www.demontazhcenter.ru.
- Clarification on whether I might be hitting a Let’s Encrypt rate limit or if there’s another step required on my end.
Thank you for your help! If you need any additional logs or screenshots, please let me know.
