DNS DKIM not being added to DNS settings in Netlify

Hi, trying to add DKIM (Zoho) to the DNS settings, but it simply doesn’t add it…I’ve waited days, tried again, deleted the one that it initially DID add, but now when I re-add it, it doesn’t get shown, doesn’t give me any error either…it just doesn’t do anything…

MX 10, 20, 50 worked, look correct
SPF worked, looks correct
DKIM…not even showing up as a DNS record after adding correctly…

ai chat bot didn’t answer with anything useful
any suggestions? any troubleshooting I’m missing? thank you!

Hi, @A_VANG. I only see one DNS zone in your account and all DNS records in that zone are working.

If there is a specific DNS record which is not working, please let us know which one it is.

I got it to work; the Name zmail._domainkey.myactualdomainname.xyz and without the “@” seemed to be correct (although I thought I had tried that several times before…) so I’ll take the user-error on this one.
One feedback though that would have been helpful along the way would have been instead of netlify simply not adding it but also not giving me any error message; would have been an error that said like: “not able to add due to [reason/wrong formatting], make sure you yadayada”
