DKIM & DMARC records not showing, SPF and MX are fine

Hello, I’ve read the posts on this forum and regularly work with domain authentication with Godaddy and Google domains. I’ve entered the DKIM and DMARC records for this site using Netlify DNS settings panel.

I can see the SPF, MX and DNS records, but DMARC and DKIM records are not showing using this tool https://mxtoolbox.com/

I’ve entered the following names for the TXT records

_dmarc.fusionmetalwerx.com

google._domainkey.fusionmetalwerx.com

with the corresponding values, but still not able to verify them. Any ideas?

Hi, @961Interactive. The DNS records should be working now. If not, please let us know.

If you see this happen again, the workaround is to delete the DNS record and then recreate them. You can also post here and we can fix it but deleting and recreating will also work.

Thank you, Luke. I was able to verify the DMARC record. But DKIM is still not registering. Emails are flowing again so I think it is working, but the tools I am using to verify are not showing DKIM in place.
