Cant login to my account

I cant login to my account, tried to do it on different browsers and PC’s. But when i log it does not get out of the loading screen. Can you guys help me?

How can be my account get flagged? Is there any way I can get back my account? All my portfolio works are running on my account.

Hi @taimul your account was marked as spam because Google cloud support because phishing and other misleading content was on your site. This goes against our terms of service and for that reason you will need to host your content on another platform.

Well I’m not sure how to proceed. My credit card expired and this genius website won’t let me login to change my payment details. You tell me: how do I change my payment details if I cannot login??

Hi, I just explained to you, you need to AGREE that you will pay the balance on your account. Once you agree I can enable your account to pay your outstanding balance. Now, please let me know if you agree to pay the balance on your account?

Also, seeing that you missed the point of my message. Please tell your PMs that it’s also possible to bring down a user’s websites/projects WITHOUT disabling their login until they pay.

That would be the sensible thing to do however I’m entirely sure no one cares about user experience at Netlify after I’ve gone through this completely bizzare way of handling things. I know, I know, feedback probably ISN’T welcome otherwise this issue wouldn’t exist!
