Cannot login, possibly unpaid bill

Hello,

I cannot login to my Netlify account and am getting an infinite loader when I try to do anything.

The associated email is reedpmacdonald@gmail.com

From what I’ve read on this forum it’s probably because I have an unpaid bill and my account is flagged. If so, is there any way my account could be unflagged so I can pay the bill?

Hi @reedmacdonald thanks for reaching out! Yes, your account was deactivated because the payment method on file was no longer valid. I’ve temporarily reactivated the account in the event you want to pay the balance due and restore the account. You can enter a new payment method here: Netlify App
