Cannot login to Portal

Hi there,

I am unable to login to my account, probably due to an unpaid bill (I’m trying to log in to pay said bill). Same as here:

All I get when I log in is a permanently “logging in” type screen.

Can you let me know what I’m doing wrong here? The account username is the same email as this forum signup :slight_smile:

As an aside, I have DNS records purchased through netlify that sit independently of any unpaid sites/hosting. If I am locked out due to non-payment of sites that renders my DNS addresses useless, so if this is the case I’ll need to port these off. Can you confirm?

hi, I’m not seeing a restriction on your account for non-payment. Can you send a screenshot of what you see when you try to login so I can investigate further?

I get stuck here, indefinitely. This is after logging in with username + password + TOTP

For reference:

  • I run Brave, Adguard behind Pihole with a custom DNS over HTTPS over a VPN.
  • I have disabled all of these in stages, and switched to Firefox
  • I have manually blown away all IndexedDB, Local Storage, Session Storage, Cookies etc

This problem persists no matter what I do, across multiple browsers.

Thanks so much for confirming! It does look like your account was suspended for non-payment, I’ve re-enabled it to allow you to update your billing information.
