Hello.
We can’t add a site when connecting the githlub repository. Previously, this repository was connected to another account, but we connected it there and deleted the account.
When trying to connect the repository to a new account, we see an error:
We couldn’t access the repository lle4/customerapp. This could be because the repository is empty or disabled.
At first, it referred to the site super-express-dev.netlife.app
And worked on the account kvengerov@gmail.com
Then when we deleted the site, we deleted the verification account
We could not make merge requests in the gitlab repository (there was a pipeline ci/cd (deploy preview) error, we removed webhooks netlify from the gitlab repository settings.
The ability to make merge requests is back, but we can’t add the repository to the netlify account either.
@LAND_OF_LIQUOR_UNIPE Ah, there’s a misspelling of GitLab in your post, so I was looking on GitHub. FWIW, I can’t find your repository on GitLab, either.

Good morning. We created another repository, but we can’t add it either (the repository is not empty).
This repository has not yet been connected to the netlify service.
Can you help us?
Hmm, are you an administrator of the GitLab account (not sure just repo administrator permissions will work)? You need to be an admin there, to be able to link a repo here, since it needs administrative permission that your login grants us, to reconfigure the repo to notify us about commits and grant us access to pull your source code.
Yes, I am logged in to GitLab as an administrator (with credentials from the customer). And on the netlify service, I am also logged in with credentials from the customer.
The customer has more than one repository in gitlab, the rest are displayed correctly when trying to connect them to the service, the problem is only with one repository.

Hello, I used to have no problems with this and from today I am getting the same issue with all repositories I have in my GitLab account. I used the same account for over a year and I didn’t have any trouble. Now even the same repositories that I used to create deploys are failing with the same issue that @LAND_OF_LIQUOR_UNIPE has.
Thanks everyone for these detailed reports. We’ve got an issue filed internally to bring this to our backend team this week, and we’ll report back as soon as we know more.
Hi @victormanu and @LAND_OF_LIQUOR_UNIPE,
We finally got to the root of this complicated bug and have shipped a fix Could you please try creating a site with the repo you want and let us know if this is working better for you now?
Hey there,
Gah, sorry to hear it! I looked for your team based on repo paths, site names, and contact info you shared above, but couldn’t find anything. If you could share a site name we could use to pull up your information, that would be super helpful for next debugging steps- thanks!
