Cannot log into Netlify on any of my devices

Hello,

I am unable to log in to Netlify. I’ve tried on every possible browser-- Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE; I’ve tried on every possible device I have at my disposal. I can also confirm I have no network-wide adblocking or firewall.

This issue is this: at the login page for Netlify, once I enter my username and password, it hangs indefinitely on the loading logo. This is consistent across every device and browser on my network.

Anyone have any tips on how to fix this? It’s been like this for me for months.

@rthinkel For login issues you can lodge a support ticket by:

Reading and following this Support Guide https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-help-i-cant-login-to-my-netlify-account/119360

The ‘infinite login logo’ can happen if your account has been suspended.
If you create the support ticket they’ll be able to determine if there are any blocks on your account.

Hi @rthinkel it looks like your account is blocked and this issue is resolved. If you’re having issues logging in still it’s not with our system.

I appreciate the update, however I’m still having issues with the infinite loading screen. I’ll have to figure it out I suppose, thanks for your help! It is very much appreciated.

Can you confirm the email address you’re using to log in? The email address connected to your forums account doesn’t have any active blocks on it.

I log in through my GitHub account, which is rthinkel

I’ve since reinstalled my OS and even that hasn’t solved the issue. I can confirm there are no ad blockers or any restrictions on my machine or my network whatsoever. At this point I’m baffled haha

what is the email for your account you are trying to login with?

the email associated with my github account is rory@rohiaudio.com

ahh that makes sense! Okay so for some reason you have SEVERAL accounts and a few with different emails. The email connected to your github is listed a restricted. Can you follow the instructions in this support guide and wait till our team follows up with you on a decision with your account?

That’s odd, I’ve only ever used the one account. I’ll follow that guide, thank you
