I am not able to log-in into my account , I am getting is infinite login icon. I have also tried resetting the password but it was of no use. please help
Hi, this is likely happening because you have been banned. Please can you try and login again and you will be prompted to submit an appeal. From there our VP of security will manually review your account and follow up with a decision via email.
