I cannot change my team Plan from Pro to Free Plan.
My team does not need the pro plan anymore so I’m trying to downgrade the plan. But when I click on the Change Plan button, the page refreshes and nothing happens.
Can anyone support me this?
Notice that the payment is overdue (cause my customer no longer use it), I think this could be the reason for the problem.
