I can't change my team plan

I’m interested in moving from the Free plan to the Pro plan (because I’m trying to figure out why my deploys aren’t working and need to contact support) but the Upgrade page’s “Upgrade to Pro for $19/month” button is disabled. I have a payment type selected, and want to give you my money, but it’s unclear why I can’t. Can you help me out?

Here’s what the page looks like with the grayed-out button. Are other people able to change their team plans successfully, or have any idea why this isn’t working for me?

This was escalated to our engineers and a fix has been released. You should be able to upgrade at this time.
