All my domains are not accesible from spain

I can not connect to any of my domains, for example somoskafe.com that it has netlify DNS or muina.eus that is external.

With the VPN , they are working.

Hello, I’m having a similar issue.
Regional IP Block in Spain Due to LaLiga Court Order – My Site Is Unrelated
My website is hosted with you under the custom domain specially.love, and I’m experiencing a regional access issue reported by a client located in Galicia, Spain.

When they attempt to visit the site, they receive a legal notice stating that the IP address has been blocked as part of a court order issued in December 2024 related to unauthorized audiovisual content involving LaLiga. However, my site has no connection whatsoever to sports, live streams, or any kind of audiovisual broadcasting.

Please find attached a screenshot of the message shown on the user’s device:
:paperclip:

This seems to suggest that the CDN node or IP being served to users in that region has been erroneously included in a legal blocklist, which is now affecting unrelated, legitimate websites like mine.

Could you please:

  1. Help identify which IP my domain resolves to in that region.
  2. Escalate this case to Fastly or the relevant provider, so this IP can be reviewed and possibly removed from the block?

I appreciate your support and am happy to provide further details if needed.

Thank you in advance!

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue with my domain hoply.es. Both yesterday and today in the afternoon, the website became unavailable and couldn’t be loaded. It’s quite frustrating.

Is there anything I can do on my end to prevent this from happening again? Or any support we can get from netlify on this topic?

Hello, same here. My website url is artandwords.netlify.app and suddenly become unavailable.
I tried everything, from publishing an older working deploy to clearing cache and publish again to no avail.
I’d definitely need this issue to be resolved. To confirm, I tried to open my website with a vpn and it works, what makes clear that the issue is with Spain.
I have a free account for the moment (I’m still testing the service) and so I cannot create a personalized ticket to get support.
Could any support staff member help me with this issue please?

Holy fuck, I thought I was the only one. I fixed it last night but today nothing works! I will try VPN. But this is a major issue, it led me to upgrade hoping I’d get support faster, yet, crickets.

I can acess your website, not sure if you migrated to Vercel, but I’m on the verge of doing it.

The post I initially came to write here is:

Hi Netlify team,

My website is on couplis.com

I’m having a persistent issue where my _redirects file is not being picked up during build, resulting in “Page Not Found” errors on a Vite-powered site. I’ve spent hours debugging and testing multiple combinations, and I still cannot get the _redirects file to reliably appear in dist/.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • :white_check_mark: _redirects file is inside client/public/
  • :white_check_mark: vite.config.js includes base: '/'
  • :white_check_mark: Line endings set to LF (verified via od -c)
  • :white_check_mark: .gitattributes set to enforce LF for _redirects
  • :white_check_mark: Cleaned cache multiple times (locally + in Netlify UI)
  • :white_check_mark: Tested with dos2unix to sanitize file
  • :white_check_mark: Preview and production both break, even on clean builds
  • :white_check_mark: Verified _redirects is present in dist/ locally, but does not work on deploy
  • :white_check_mark: Tried disabling caching entirely via Turbo + --no-cache
  • :cross_mark: Still getting Page Not Found on all client routes

Notes:

  • I’m using TurboRepo monorepo (client/ contains the Vite app).
  • Preview deploys build successfully but don’t respect SPA routing.
  • _redirects looks like this:

bash

CopiaModifica

# Netlify redirects
/* /index.html 200

What else could be blocking _redirects from working? This used to work before — same file, same content. The only change was recent line ending cleanup and Vite upgrades. Now even reverting doesn’t help.

Thanks in advance — I’m genuinely at the end of the debugging rope here.

Of course none of this matters as I just confirmed I lost 4 hours debugging something that is working! I tried VPN from Canada and the website has normally worked this whole time.

Hi all, thank you for reporting this. We are aware of this issue and have reached out to La Liga in an effort to resolve it. Spanish ISPs are banning legitimate IP addresses on our self-serve network and on other global CDN services, due to a court ruling that allows La Liga to request bans on IPs involved in illegal streaming sites. We depend on collaboration from La Liga to solve this for our customers. If you’re willing, we encourage you to contact La Liga directly, as pressure from affected customers can help push them to collaborate with providers like us.

Thanks so much for your patience as we work to resolve this.
