All my Netlify-hosted sites are inaccessible from Egypt but work instantly through VPN

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I am a paid Netlify customer and I am experiencing a serious accessibility issue affecting all of my Netlify-hosted websites from Egypt.

Issue Summary:

  • All of my websites hosted on Netlify are inaccessible from Egypt.

  • The same websites load instantly when connected through a VPN (tested using UK and European VPN servers).

  • The issue affects both:

    • *.netlify.app subdomains

    • Custom domains connected to Netlify (for example: soorstudio.com)

Technical Information:

  • Deployments are successful and sites are healthy.

  • DNS resolution works correctly.

  • My domain is already using Netlify DNS (NS1-NS4 via NS1/Netlify).

  • Internet connectivity in general is working normally. Traceroute to Google (8.8.8.8) completes successfully.

  • HTTPS connection to my site fails from Egypt:

curl -I https://soorstudio.com
curl: (28) Failed to connect to soorstudio.com port 443 after 42155 ms: Could not connect to server

Additional Observations:

  • The issue is reproducible across Egyptian ISPs and there are reports from other users in Egypt experiencing the same behavior.

  • The Netlify dashboard (netlify.com) remains accessible from Egypt.

  • DNS and deployment issues have been ruled out based on local testing.

  • The websites become reachable immediately when using a VPN, which strongly suggests a routing, CDN, peering, or IP accessibility issue rather than a DNS or deployment problem.

Could you please investigate:

  1. Whether any Netlify CDN IP ranges or AWS endpoints currently serving my sites are unreachable from Egypt.

  2. Whether my sites are being routed through specific CDN nodes that may be blocked or experiencing connectivity issues from Egyptian ISPs.

  3. Whether there is any alternative CDN configuration, region selection, IP range, or workaround available for affected customers.

This issue is severely impacting production websites and making them inaccessible to Egyptian users. Any guidance or investigation from your side would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance.
