Am I to take it that it’s “This site can’t be reached”?

Your site loads fine for me, both on the netlify.app url and via the domain.

Have you checked if it’s an issue on your end? (Tried another computer/network/vpn etc)

Yes, the site is loading fine when using a VPN. The issue is only within the region (UAE). I have reached out to the domain provider and TDRA to check on the issue.
