Account suspended, no reason, no notification. Urgently requesting reinstaement

I am getting this message:

Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.

  • I have tried authenticating with GitHub and Google. Fails same way both times.
  • My account email is mw@mike-wolf.com, but I was not able to log into the forum with that.
  • The email I am using for this post is mw.personalmail@gmail.com
  • My Github handle is @eldrgeek
  • All my sites are down including netlify.app sites and also sites for which I am using Netlify for DNS
  • Some of these sites are in production so this is a vital matter
  • I can give you a list of sites if needed

Following up — still suspended on login (GitHub + Google). Account email mw@mike-wolf.com; forum login mw.personalmail@gmail.com; GitHub @eldrgeek / team eldrgeek. MX for mike-wolf.com was broken during the outage so I may have missed email notices; mail is restored now. Several domains use Netlify DNS and some are registered at Netlify — need unsuspend or help transferring those domains out. Happy to provide full domain list. Please advise.

Hi Netlify team,

My account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation, and I haven’t received details about the reason. I’d like to understand what triggered this and request that my account be reviewed and reinstated as soon as possible.

I haven’t knowingly violated any terms of service, so I’d appreciate clarity on what happened and how I can resolve it. This is affecting live projects, so a prompt response would be very helpful.

Hi, @wolfreporter. The suspension was caused by a false-positive made by an automated security system. I’ve reactivated your login and the exception I’ve made means the automated system will never suspend you again.

If you still cannot log in, please let us know with a reply here.
