Account Suspended Without Notification - Request for Review and Reinstatement

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I’m reaching out because my Netlify account has been suspended and I’m unable to log in. When I try to authenticate, I receive the following error:

“Authentication Error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

Affected site(s): spanishfluencyschool.netlify.app, voces-de-esperanza.netlify.app

I did not receive any email notification about this suspension, and I’m not aware of any Terms of Service violation on my part. The site in question is a legitimate business website with no malicious content.

Could you please:

  1. Let me know the specific reason for the suspension
  2. Review and reinstate my account if this was a false positive

This account is actively used for production purposes, so I’d really appreciate a prompt response.
