Authenticating failed due to the following error: My account has been suspended

Hello Netlify Support Team,

My Netlify account has been suspended, and I am currently unable to log in. I receive the following error:

“Authentication Error: Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

Account email: arijitb2611@gmail.com

My account is normally accessed through GitHub authentication. However, I accidentally selected “Sign in with Google” using the same email address, and shortly afterward my Netlify account became suspended.

I am not sure if this authentication attempt caused the suspension, but I wanted to mention it in case it is relevant to the issue.

Could you please review my account, let me know the reason for the suspension, and advise me on what I need to do to restore access?

Hi Netlify team, just following up on this as I haven’t received a response yet.

My account is still suspended and I’m unable to log in or access support through the account. Could someone please take a look or let me know how I can get this escalated for review?
