Account suspended, requesting review and reactivation

Hello, my Netlify account was suspended and I cannot log in. I run a small legitimate real estate business website (sandshomesolutions.com) hosted on this account. The night before the suspension I connected a newly created GitHub account to my Netlify account, which I suspect may have triggered an automated flag. Could you please review and reactivate my account? Account email: SSCreativeHomeSolutions@gmail.com. Approximate suspension date: July 1, 2026. Thank you.

  2. Could you tell me what triggered the suspension? The day before it happened, I connected a newly created GitHub account to my Netlify account, and I would like to know whether that was the cause so I can avoid triggering it again.

Thanks for following up! I can confirm that your account is in good standing with no remaining flags or restrictions.

Our automated fraud detection system scans for and flags a variety of suspicious or nonstandard behavior, so it is possible that some factor in linking the GitHub account caused the User account to be flagged, but I’ve manually marked the account as “not spam” so this shouldn’t happen moving forward. Apologies again for the hassle, and please don’t hesitate to reach back out with any questions!

Hi I’ve encountered the exact same situation, I run a legitimate POS application for different local businessess on panqo.app hosted on my account which was created long ago with my github profile, and now when I try to sign in it tells me my account was suspended for no reason.
