Hello Netlify Support Team,
My account (eosstudio@gmail.com) under the team “NPC” has suddenly received a warning stating: “NPC has run out of credits. Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
When I check my production deploys, it shows the error: “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”.
I mainly host static sites and simple projects. Could you please help me investigate what caused this sudden spike in credit usage and if there is a way to review or reset this so I can deploy again?
