Hello I have the following ticg.netlify.app site. We have added the new primary domain ticg.co.uk and the www.ticg.co.uk last week and was waiting for the site to propagate but the SSL stilll has not been picked up.
I have tried deleting the domain and re-adding it but it has still not worked. The A record is pointing to the correct IP and the CNAME has been added.
Please can someone take a look and let me know what is wrong?

There is an AAAA record 2a00:b0e0:6:5::a3 for ticg.co.uk that is preventing the issuance of an SSL certificate.
Thanks @jasiqli that has been removed, will it now issue the SSL certificate? or do I need to do something to kick start it?
It should automatically generate the certificate when the records are verified.

Hi guys, I’m encountering the same issue: We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes
I can’t seem to change my primary domain to www.purrgainz.space from purrgainz.space, It’s stuck on that error message above, I already tried removing and adding it again.
I’ve routed this request to our helpdesk, we’ll follow up via email.
