Hi Netlify team,
I’m having trouble with changing my primary domain, and a site that is stuck in SSL certificate provisioning.
Project name: polite-marshmallow-c910d6
Site name: 9232ef48-eb9b-4347-bfad-c049126ca9db
Netlify subdomain: polite-marshmallow-c910d6.netlify.app
Correct custom domain:
docsai.ai
Wrong domains currently attached:
- docsai.id
- www.docsai.id
Timeline:
- Made docsai.id our primary domain on the 26th
- However, that domain is not the one we wanted to use after discussion
- Tried switching and made the correct domain: docsai.ai - our domain alias
- When we tried deleting and making docsai.ai our main domain, it stated that the current primary domain (docsai.id) is Pending External DNS verification
- And that “We’re provisioning a certificate for your site; you cannot change custom domains until that process completes”
- It has now been over 24 hours since then, and we can’t do anything to change this. We have tried troubleshooting to no avail. Please help us manually change docsai.id to docsai.ai
Could a Netlify support engineer please reset/clear the stuck certificate provisioning state so I can remove the wrong domains and set:
docsai.aias the primary domain?
