SSL certificate stuck provisioning — cannot change primary domain from monedita.com.py to moneditapy.com

Hi Netlify Support,

My site is currently stuck provisioning an SSL certificate, and I cannot change the primary domain.

Netlify site: moneditapy.netlify.app
Current primary domain: monedita.com.py
Desired primary domain: moneditapy.com
DNS provider for moneditapy.com: Cloudflare

The old domain monedita.com.py is no longer intended to be the primary domain and is currently causing DNS/SSL validation to fail.

I have already configured moneditapy.com in Cloudflare as:

CNAME @ → apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com

with DNS only enabled.

Netlify now recognizes moneditapy.com, but when I try to set it as the primary domain, I receive:

“We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes.”

The SSL section also reports that monedita.com.py does not appear to be served by Netlify.

Could you please clear or reset the stuck SSL certificate provisioning state so that I can:

  1. Set moneditapy.com as the primary domain
  2. Remove monedita.com.py and www.monedita.com.py
  3. Provision a new Let’s Encrypt certificate for moneditapy.com

Me too have a problem on SSLr resulting in my Domain cant be https but have http online

I also tested moneditapy.com with Let’s Debug using HTTP-01.

The result is All OK — no issues were found with moneditapy.com.

This suggests that the domain is reachable and should be able to complete Let’s Encrypt HTTP-01 validation.

The issue therefore appears to be related to the stuck SSL provisioning state in Netlify rather than the current DNS configuration.

Could you please check/reset the certificate provisioning state for this site?
