Certificate stuck in "provisioning" for hours, blocking primary domain change and domain removal

Hi team,

My site’s SSL certificate has been stuck in “provisioning” status for many hours, blocking all custom domain changes.

Site name: purcellcut (purcellcut.netlify.app)

What I’ve tried:

  • Verified DNS with Let’s Debug — both purcellcutting.com and www.purcellcutting.com show “All OK”, no DNS issues
  • Deleted the DNS records for unused domains purcellcut.com and www.purcellcut.com in the DNS zone — but the custom domain entries still exist in Domain management and still block changes
  • Tried setting www.purcellcutting.com as primary domain — still get error: “We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes”
  • Tried removing purcellcut.com — blocked with “You cannot remove primary custom domain while domain aliases are present”

This appears to be a stuck backend certificate job. Could someone please manually reset/re-provision the certificate so I can complete the domain change?
