My site “questfamily-website” has been stuck with the message:
“We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes.”
for over one week.

Current status:
• DNS has been correct for over one week.
• Cloudflare records are DNS Only (not proxied).
• thequestfamily.ca points to apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com.
• www.thequestfamily.ca points to questfamily-website.netlify.app.
• DNS propagation has completed.
• I cannot change the primary domain because every domain operation is blocked by the stuck provisioning state.
• I have completed all documented DNS troubleshooting.
This appears to be a backend SSL/domain provisioning job that is stuck.
Could a Netlify engineer please inspect the provisioning state, clear the stuck certificate job if necessary, and update the primary domain from:
www.questfamily.ca
to
thequestfamily.ca
