(Urgent!) Netlify suspended my account for logging in with Github and then logging in with email

Hello I usually sign in with netlify with GitHub but then I wanted to use answers,netlify so I created an account with my email. Then once I signed into netlify I got suspended. Im using my account for my portfolio and school. Please help. My email is josephadam1996@gmail.com
