URGENT- Need account restored

I am looking for assistance with a suspended Netlify account due to a missed payment.

I submitted a support request and replied to the automated follow-up, but it has now been over 48 hours without a response from a support representative.

I am ready to immediately update the payment method and pay any outstanding balance required to restore the account.

I would also appreciate confirmation that the site’s files, deployments, and associated data remain recoverable while the account is suspended. Unfortunately, I no longer have a complete local backup, so confirmation regarding the status of the site data would be greatly appreciated.

This website supports a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we are hoping to restore service as soon as possible.

If a member of the Netlify team could review the ticket or help route it to the appropriate billing/account recovery team, I would be very grateful.
